Do I have to register ahead of time?
No. You can just show up a few minutes before class. We love beginners so we will always make room for you.
Are all ages and fitness levels okay?
Absolutely. Whether you're a super fit 20 something go-getter looking to relax or a 80 something senior in need of stregnth and balance, everyone is welcome! Our small, non-competitive class environment allows you to go at your own pace without feeling like you're holding others back.
What if I have an injury that prevents me from doing certain things? Can I still participate in classes?
No problem what-so-ever. Modify the movements to fit your needs. Listen to your body and don't try to do anything that your body is telling you that you shouldn't.
What do you need to bring or wear?
Just bring yourself and wear something comfortable. We'll ask you to take your shoes off as you enter the matted area.
How big are your classes? Will I feel overwhelmed?
Our classes are basically semi-private lessons. This means you can ask as many questions as you want and go as slow as you want.
